Taking care and protecting the environment is a special interest for us, we work hard in making sure our equipment and production processes have low impact on the environment, as well as we contribute to improve it.

-Our commitment with the personal and professional improvement or our staff is constant. It is fundamental to finish high school studies, plus, we suggest our employees to study english, computer lessons and several courses that help them strengthen their activities within the group.
A CAREER IN LOS ARCOS
Continuous learning and qualification in different areas so the collaborators can develop themselves as chefs or managers (our current directing collaborators were develope in the restaurant). No managers or chefs are hired from outside, to motivate improvement.

-Annual trip to near destinations, with family and collaborators to strengthen family union.

-Participation in direct actions such as Ganac, Estrella Guia, etc.
-We support non-lucrative institutions that develop social work, donating food to beneficiate different groups.

It all started when aspiring governor Francisco Labastida Ochoa had his campaign closure dinner at Los Arcos restaurant, in Mazatlan.
While dining, he was in the mood for something light, which made his wife Maria Teresa Uriarte and famous Mexican singer Lola Beltran, to go to the restaurant´s kitchen. They fixed some quesadillas to which they added some shrimp machaca, after heating up the grill with some butter.
Spicy grilled shrimp taco, served with chipotle sour cream, lettuce and mexican salsa.
In 2008 the founding chef José Gaxiola was inspired, he cooked grilled shrimp and made it taco, adding cabbage and salsa with a touch of sour cream.
He called it Taco Bonita.
CARIBBEAN STYLE FILLET
Incredible fish fillet filled with shrimp, octopus and machaca (shrimp and smoked tuna). Covered in aurora sauce, au gratin.
CULICHI STYLE FILLET
Slightly sautéed in butter, covered with our special creamy poblano pepper sauce. Baked au gratin, served hot. Named after our city of origin, Culiacán, where the story began.
DOÑA REYNA STYLE FILLET
A truly special recipe. Oven-baked fish fillet, with shrimp, mushrooms, celery, onions, bacon, just a touch of chipotle and cheese.
A traditional dish in family reunions, inspiration from the mother of the founders of Grupo Los Arcos. Holds the name after a great cook.

In Los Arcos restaurant we care about our product´s quality by paying special attention to their selection and handling. However, FDA considers that people with foodborne illness risk are: infants, pregnant women, elderly people, people taking certain medications (antibiotics and immunosuppresants), people who are ill (those who recently had major surgery, are organ-transplant recipients, or who have pre-existing illnesses). That is why consuming raw or uncooked seafood may increase your risk of food-borne illness.
All our restaurants have to go service. You can call and place your order in the nearest restaurant, and ask for any dish in the menu or if you prefer you can order at the restaurant.
Sure you can. All our restaurants have wireless internet, in some locations we have special rooms so you can have your host your meetings. We will do everything possible to ensure a successful meeting for you and your staff. To provide a great service it is important that you inform you needs in advance.
If you have a special diet or have any food allergies make sure to notify your waiter when you order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs in our dishes.

Children are welcome in our restaurant, that is why we have created a “fun and healthy” menu for them.
The majority of our restaurants have a place to serve banquets. If you desire to have any banquet or event outside our locations, you can call and ask for dates, availability and quotes number of persons.
At the moment, only our restaurants in Guadalajara (Lázaro Cardenas and Acueducto) and Monterrey (Morones) have this service. The rest of the restaurants have “to go” service.

Most of our products are sourced from the Pacific Ocean, mainly the Sea of Cortez. However, preferring quality and always respecting the closures, we seek products that meet the quality standards elsewhere.
Our restaurants have Distinctive H, awarded by the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Health that guarantees the hygienic handling of food in our shops.
Distinctive H is a series of tips and techniques for cleaning, disinfecting, cleaning, storage, freezing, refrigeration, thawing and personal hygiene to be implemented as a process of continuous improvement.
